In a large bowl, mix together the chicken, ½ cup breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.
Add the milk and beaten egg to the mixture and combine well.
Shape the mixture into small patties or croquettes.
Coat each croquette in flour, then dip in beaten egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Fry the croquettes until golden brown on all sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
