Chicken Carbonara Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 4 slices bacon chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 large eggs beaten
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- to taste salt and pepper
Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add olive oil and chicken. Cook until browned and cooked through.
Add garlic to the skillet and cook for another minute.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and Parmesan cheese.
Combine spaghetti, bacon, and chicken in the skillet. Remove from heat and quickly stir in the egg and cheese mixture. Mix well.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
