Chicken Cacciatore Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Chicken thighs bone-in, skin-on
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 large Bell pepper sliced
- 1 can Diced tomatoes 14.5 oz
- 0.5 cup Chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon Dried basil
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and brown the chicken on both sides. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, sauté the onion, garlic, and bell pepper until softened.
4. Add the diced tomatoes, chicken broth, oregano, and basil. Stir to combine.
5. Return the chicken to the skillet. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
6. Serve hot with your choice of side.
