- 1 lb Ground Chicken
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg beaten
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 4 Burger Buns
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
Grill the patties for about 5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
