Ingredients

  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 2 cups Cooked chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 8 oz Fettuccine pasta
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. 3. Add the heavy cream to the skillet and bring to a simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  4. 4. Add the cooked chicken and broccoli florets to the skillet. Cook until heated through, about 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Toss the cooked fettuccine pasta with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
