Chicken Avocado Wrap Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
- 2 Avocados ripe
- 4 Tortillas large
- 1 cup Lettuce shredded
- 1 cup Tomatoes diced
- ½ cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook in the skillet until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes per side.
3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it thinly.
4. In a bowl, mash the avocados and season with a pinch of salt.
5. Lay out the tortillas and spread a layer of mashed avocado on each.
6. Add the sliced chicken, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheddar cheese on top of the avocado.
7. Roll up the tortillas tightly to form wraps. Cut in half if desired and serve immediately.
