Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 Avocado, sliced
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 Large flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
2. Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the cheese evenly over it.
3. Add shredded chicken and avocado slices on top of the cheese.
4. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the chicken and avocado, then top with another tortilla.
5. Cook for about 2-3 minutes, or until the bottom tortilla is golden brown and the cheese is starting to melt.
6. Carefully flip the quesadilla and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the other side is golden brown and the cheese is fully melted.
7. Remove from skillet and let cool for a minute before cutting into wedges. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
