Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken Breast diced
  • 1 cup Wild Rice
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 3 cups Chicken Broth
  • 2 cups Carrots sliced
  • 2 cups Celery sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  3. 3. Add the wild rice, chicken broth, sliced carrots, and celery. Bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Reduce heat to low, cover, and let simmer for about 45 minutes or until the rice is tender.
  5. 5. Stir in the heavy cream, salt, and black pepper. Let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
