Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Bell peppers, diced
  • 1 cup Onion, diced
  • 1 cup Black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Corn kernels
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 4 large Flour tortillas
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the diced onions and bell peppers. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the shredded chicken, black beans, and corn. Cook until heated through, about 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. 5. Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
  6. 6. Divide the chicken and veggie mixture among the tortillas. Top with shredded cheese.
  7. 7. Roll up the tortillas to form burritos. Serve warm.
