- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts
- 2 cups Broccoli Florets
- 2 cups Carrot Slices
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine chicken breasts, broccoli florets, and carrot slices.
Drizzle olive oil over the mixture and season with salt and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
