Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Carrot, sliced
  • 1 cup Bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  3. Add the chicken slices and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add the broccoli, carrots, and bell pepper. Stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and stir well to combine. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
