Instructions
1. In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat.
2. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned.
3. Add the carrots, celery, and onion. Cook until softened.
4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
5. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
6. Add salt, pepper, thyme, and frozen peas. Cook for another 5 minutes.
7. Serve hot.
