Chicken and Vegetable Potstickers

Ingredients 

Filling

  • 1 cup Ground chicken
  • 1 cup Shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup Shredded carrots
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 package Potsticker wrappers

Cooking

  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 0.5 cup Water

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, minced garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well.
  2. Place a small spoonful of the filling in the center of each potsticker wrapper. Fold the wrapper in half and seal the edges with water.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add potstickers and cook until the bottoms are golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add water to the skillet and cover. Cook for another 5-6 minutes or until the water has evaporated and the potstickers are cooked through.
  5. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
