Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 200 g mushrooms, sliced
  • 500 g chicken breast, diced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sliced mushrooms, cook until mushrooms are tender.
  4. Add the diced chicken breast and cook until no longer pink.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. Stir in the heavy cream and season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
