Ingredients 

Dumpling Filling

  • 1 cup Chicken, minced
  • 1 cup Mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
  • 1 pack Dumpling wrappers

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine minced chicken, chopped mushrooms, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and grated ginger. Mix well.
  2. 2. Place a small spoonful of the filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper. Fold and seal the edges.
  3. 3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a bit of oil. Place the dumplings in the skillet and cook until the bottoms are golden brown.
  4. 4. Add a small amount of water to the skillet and cover. Steam the dumplings for about 5 minutes or until fully cooked.
  5. 5. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
