Soy sauce

Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine minced chicken, chopped mushrooms, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and grated ginger. Mix well.
2. Place a small spoonful of the filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper. Fold and seal the edges.
3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a bit of oil. Place the dumplings in the skillet and cook until the bottoms are golden brown.
4. Add a small amount of water to the skillet and cover. Steam the dumplings for about 5 minutes or until fully cooked.
5. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
