Ingredients

  • 2 cups Shredded chicken
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 12 pieces Corn tortillas
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, shredded cheese, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Warm tortillas in the microwave for about 30 seconds to make them pliable.
  4. Place a small amount of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla and roll tightly.
  5. Place rolled taquitos seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  7. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
