Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Shredded chicken
- 1 cup Shredded cheese
- 12 pieces Corn tortillas
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- to taste Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, shredded cheese, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Warm tortillas in the microwave for about 30 seconds to make them pliable.
Place a small amount of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla and roll tightly.
Place rolled taquitos seam-side down on a baking sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
