Chicken Alfredo Zoodles Recipe
A healthier twist on the classic Chicken Alfredo, using zucchini noodles instead of pasta.

Main Ingredients
- 2 units Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
- 4 units Zucchini medium-sized
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. Spiralize the zucchini into noodles using a spiralizer.
2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken breasts until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and thickened.
6. Add the zucchini noodles to the skillet and toss to coat in the Alfredo sauce. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the zoodles are tender.
7. Slice the cooked chicken breasts and serve on top of the zoodles. Enjoy!
