Chicken Alfredo with Broccoli

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 12 oz fettuccine pasta
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken breasts and cook until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and slice.
In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add broccoli and cook until tender.
Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
Add cooked pasta and sliced chicken to the skillet. Toss to coat in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve hot.
