Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 pcs Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
  • 12 oz Fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tablespoon Parsley chopped, for garnish

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and slice into strips.
  3. 3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. 4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. 5. Season the sauce with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  6. 6. Add the cooked fettuccine and sliced chicken to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce.
  7. 7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
