Ingredients

  • 1 lb Fettuccine Pasta
  • 2 Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Parsley chopped, for garnish

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and slice into strips.
  3. 3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. 4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth.
  5. 5. Add the cooked fettuccine and sliced chicken to the skillet. Toss to coat the pasta and chicken in the Alfredo sauce. Season with salt and black pepper.
  6. 6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
