- 1 cup Chia seeds
- 2 cups Almond milk
- 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Mixed berries fresh or frozen
1. In a bowl, mix chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
2. Let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until it thickens.
3. Blend the mixed berries until smooth.
4. Layer the chia pudding and berry puree into popsicle molds.
5. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
