  • 1 cup Mixed berries fresh or frozen

Instructions

  2. 2. Let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until it thickens.
  3. 3. Blend the mixed berries until smooth.
  4. 4. Layer the chia pudding and berry puree into popsicle molds.
  5. 5. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
