Cherry Mint Parfait

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cherries, pitted and halved
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ¼ cup Fresh mint leaves, chopped
- ½ cup Granola
1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.
2. In parfait glasses, layer yogurt mixture, cherries, granola, and mint leaves.
3. Repeat layers until glasses are filled.
4. Serve immediately or chill for later.
