  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup Fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • ½ cup Granola

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.
  2. 2. In parfait glasses, layer yogurt mixture, cherries, granola, and mint leaves.
  3. 3. Repeat layers until glasses are filled.
  4. 4. Serve immediately or chill for later.
