Ingredients 

Crumble Topping

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup sliced almonds
  • ½ cup cold butter, cubed

Cherry Filling

  • 4 cups pitted cherries
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and sliced almonds. Add cold butter and mix until crumbly.
  3. In another bowl, mix cherries, sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the cherry mixture into a baking dish. Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the cherries.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
  6. Let it cool slightly before serving.
