  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese Grated
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon Flour
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the flour and stir continuously for 1-2 minutes.
  3. 3. Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
  4. 4. Add the grated cheddar cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
  5. 5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Add the cooked pasta to the cheese sauce and mix well to coat.
