Ingredients

  • 3 cups frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 2 cups diced ham
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine hash browns, ham, cheddar cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, onion, milk, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  5. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
