Instructions
1. Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl, add a pinch of salt and pepper, and whisk until well combined.
2. Heat the butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until melted and slightly bubbly.
3. Pour the eggs into the skillet and let them cook undisturbed for about 1-2 minutes until they start to set.
4. Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over one half of the omelette.
5. Use a spatula to fold the other half of the omelette over the cheese. Cook for another minute until the cheese is melted and the eggs are fully set.
6. Slide the omelette onto a plate and serve immediately.
