  • 1 baguette Baguette sliced into ½ inch pieces
  • ½ cup Olive oil
  • 1 cup Ricotta cheese
  • 8 figs Fresh figs sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • ¼ cup Chopped walnuts toasted

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush both sides with olive oil.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  4. Spread a generous amount of ricotta cheese on each crostini.
  5. Top with sliced figs, a drizzle of honey, and a sprinkle of toasted walnuts.
