Main Ingredients
- 1 baguette Baguette sliced into ½ inch pieces
- ½ cup Olive oil
- 1 cup Ricotta cheese
- 8 figs Fresh figs sliced
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- ¼ cup Chopped walnuts toasted
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush both sides with olive oil.
Bake for 10 minutes or until golden and crispy.
Spread a generous amount of ricotta cheese on each crostini.
Top with sliced figs, a drizzle of honey, and a sprinkle of toasted walnuts.
