Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • to taste Optional spices (garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning)

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your waffle maker.
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded mozzarella, egg, and baking powder until well combined.
  3. Add any optional spices if desired.
  4. Pour half of the mixture into the waffle maker and cook for about 5 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
  6. Serve warm.
