Main Ingredients
- 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- ½ teaspoon Cumin
- ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 8 pcs Tortillas
- 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
- 1 cup Diced Tomatoes
- ½ cup Sour Cream
- ¼ cup Chopped Cilantro
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a mixing bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt.
Spread cauliflower on a baking sheet and roast for 25 minutes, until tender and slightly crispy.
Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
Assemble tacos by placing roasted cauliflower on tortillas, then topping with lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, and cilantro.
