Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Cumin
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 8 pcs Tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
  • 1 cup Diced Tomatoes
  • ½ cup Sour Cream
  • ¼ cup Chopped Cilantro

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt.
  3. Spread cauliflower on a baking sheet and roast for 25 minutes, until tender and slightly crispy.
  4. Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
  5. Assemble tacos by placing roasted cauliflower on tortillas, then topping with lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, and cilantro.
