Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
  • 12 oz Pasta your choice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook cauliflower florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. 3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  4. 4. Add cooked cauliflower to the skillet and toss to coat with the garlic and oil mixture.
  5. 5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything together. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
