Main Ingredients
- 1 large head cauliflower cut into florets
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- ¼ cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 10 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine steamed cauliflower, garlic, Parmesan cheese, butter, and sour cream.
Use an immersion blender or food processor to blend until smooth.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve warm.
