  • 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil cauliflower florets in a pot of salted water until tender, about 10 minutes.
  2. 2. Drain the cauliflower and transfer to a blender.
  3. 3. Add minced garlic, milk, butter, salt, and pepper to the blender. Blend until smooth.
  4. 4. Adjust seasoning to taste and serve warm.
