Main Ingredients
- 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- ¼ cup Milk
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
1. Boil cauliflower florets in a pot of salted water until tender, about 10 minutes.
2. Drain the cauliflower and transfer to a blender.
3. Add minced garlic, milk, butter, salt, and pepper to the blender. Blend until smooth.
4. Adjust seasoning to taste and serve warm.
