Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 large head cauliflower cut into florets
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup cream cheese
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup chopped chives optional

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Steam cauliflower florets until tender, about 10 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, heavy cream, cream cheese, and garlic powder.
  4. Add steamed cauliflower to the cheese mixture and stir until well coated.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Transfer mixture to a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
  7. Garnish with chopped chives if desired.
