Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 medium cauliflower, chopped
  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
  • 0.25 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground coriander
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions 

  1. Steam cauliflower until tender, about 10 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, mash chickpeas until mostly smooth.
  3. Add steamed cauliflower, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, parsley, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Form mixture into patties.
  5. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  6. Cook patties until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side.
