Instructions
Steam cauliflower until tender, about 10 minutes.
In a large bowl, mash chickpeas until mostly smooth.
Add steamed cauliflower, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, parsley, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Form mixture into patties.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Cook patties until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side.
