Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup cauliflower, grated
  • 1 cup broccoli, grated
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions 

  1. Grate cauliflower and broccoli.
  2. Mix all ingredients except olive oil in a bowl.
  3. Form mixture into patties.
  4. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Cook patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
