Main Ingredients
- 1 head Cauliflower cut into bite-sized florets
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Water
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to make a batter.
Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, allowing any excess to drip off, then coat with breadcrumbs.
Place the coated cauliflower florets on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
