Cauliflower Bacon Salad Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 head Cauliflower cut into small florets
- 6 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Sour Cream
- 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- ¼ cup Red Onion finely chopped
- ¼ cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
1. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and crumble.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, and sugar. Mix well.
3. Add the cauliflower florets, crumbled bacon, red onion, and cheddar cheese to the bowl. Toss to coat.
4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
