Instructions

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cauliflower and broccoli florets.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. Spread the florets on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until tender and slightly browned.
