Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 medium cauliflower, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions 

  1. Steam cauliflower until tender.
  2. In a blender, combine steamed cauliflower, garlic, vegetable broth, almond milk, nutritional yeast, and olive oil. Blend until smooth.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Serve over pasta and garnish with parsley if desired.
