Cauliflower Alfredo Recipe
A creamy and healthy alternative to traditional Alfredo sauce using cauliflower.

Main Ingredients
- 1 medium cauliflower, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- ¼ cup nutritional yeast
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Steam cauliflower until tender.
In a blender, combine steamed cauliflower, garlic, vegetable broth, almond milk, nutritional yeast, and olive oil. Blend until smooth.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve over pasta and garnish with parsley if desired.
