Instructions
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
Roll out the pizza dough to fit your cast iron skillet.
Heat the skillet on medium-high heat and add olive oil.
Place the dough in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom starts to brown.
Remove from heat, add pizza sauce, cheese, and toppings.
Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
Remove from oven, let cool slightly, slice, and serve.
