Ingredients 

Pizza Dough

  • 1 package Pizza dough store-bought or homemade

Toppings

  • 1 cup Pizza sauce
  • 2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Pepperoni slices
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough to fit your cast iron skillet.
  3. Heat the skillet on medium-high heat and add olive oil.
  4. Place the dough in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom starts to brown.
  5. Remove from heat, add pizza sauce, cheese, and toppings.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  7. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, slice, and serve.
