Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup Cashews unsalted
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 inch Ginger minced
  • 1 cup Bell peppers sliced
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  3. Add chicken, cook until no longer pink.
  4. Add bell peppers and broccoli, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add soy sauce and oyster sauce, mix well.
  6. Toss in cashews, cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. Serve hot with rice.
