Instructions
Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
Add chicken, cook until no longer pink.
Add bell peppers and broccoli, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
Add soy sauce and oyster sauce, mix well.
Toss in cashews, cook for another 2 minutes.
Serve hot with rice.
