Cashew Broccoli Soba Noodles Recipe
A delicious and healthy soba noodle dish with cashews and broccoli.

Main Ingredients
- 200 g soba noodles
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- ½ cup cashews roasted
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger grated
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoon green onions chopped
1. Cook soba noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
3. Add broccoli florets and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
4. Stir in soy sauce, honey, and rice vinegar. Cook for another 2 minutes.
5. Add cooked soba noodles and cashews to the pan. Toss to combine.
6. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve warm.
