Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g soba noodles
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • ½ cup cashews roasted
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger grated
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon green onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook soba noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. 3. Add broccoli florets and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  4. 4. Stir in soy sauce, honey, and rice vinegar. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. 5. Add cooked soba noodles and cashews to the pan. Toss to combine.
  6. 6. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve warm.
