Cashew Alfredo Recipe
A creamy, dairy-free Alfredo sauce made with cashews.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Cashews soaked in water for at least 4 hours
- 1 cup Water
- 2 tablespoons Nutritional yeast
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
1. Drain and rinse the soaked cashews.
2. In a blender, combine cashews, water, nutritional yeast, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour the mixture into a saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
4. Serve over your favorite pasta.
