- 2 cups Cooked sushi rice
- 2 large Carrots, julienned
- 4 sheets Nori
- 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
1. Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt into the cooked sushi rice.
2. Place a sheet of nori on the sushi mat.
3. Spread an even layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving a small border at the top.
4. Arrange julienned carrots in a line along the bottom edge of the rice.
5. Roll the sushi tightly using the mat, pressing firmly to seal.
6. Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces with a sharp knife.
