- 4 cups carrots, grated
- 1 cup raisins
- ½ cup mayonnaise

In a large mixing bowl, combine grated carrots and raisins.
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, and salt.
Pour the dressing over the carrot mixture and toss to coat.
