Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Carrots, grated
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Ghee
- 1 teaspoon Cardamom powder
- 2 tablespoons Chopped nuts (optional)
1. Heat ghee in a saucepan over medium heat.
2. Add grated carrots and sauté for 5-7 minutes.
3. Pour in the milk and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Add sugar and cardamom powder. Cook for another 5 minutes until the mixture thickens.
5. Garnish with chopped nuts if desired. Serve warm.
