Carrot Pineapple Salad Recipe

- 2 cups shredded carrots
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- ½ cup raisins
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
In a large bowl, combine shredded carrots, crushed pineapple, and raisins.
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and lemon juice until smooth.
Pour the dressing over the carrot mixture and toss to coat.
Season with salt to taste.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
