  • 3 large parsnips peeled and cut into fries
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss the carrot and parsnip fries with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until well coated.
  3. Spread the fries in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fries are golden and crispy.
