Main Ingredients
- 4 large Carrots peeled
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
1. Use a spiralizer to turn the carrots into noodles.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
4. Add carrot noodles to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
