Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 large Carrots peeled
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Use a spiralizer to turn the carrots into noodles.
  2. 2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. 3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. 4. Add carrot noodles to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  5. 5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
