Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pcs Carrots peeled and chopped
  • 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoon Tahini
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place chopped carrots on a baking sheet and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Roast for 20 minutes or until tender.
  3. In a blender, combine roasted carrots, chickpeas, tahini, remaining olive oil, garlic, cumin, and salt. Blend until smooth.
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle with paprika. Serve with pita bread or vegetable sticks.
